Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients Needed:
2 lb. cooked or raw shrimp barbeque sauce
1 pack of bacon Italian dressing
toothpicks Skewers

Directions:
Make sure shrimp is completely thawed and bacon is at room temperature.
Cut bacon in half. Wrap each shrimp with half piece of bacon and place on a
wooden skewer. Each skewer can hold about 7-9 bacon wrapped shrimp.
Place each skewer in a large dish and cover with the Italian dressing to allow
to marinade. Place on a hot grill and cook each side until the bacon is cooked
completely. At the very end brush both sides with barbeque sauce. An
awesome appetizer.

Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients needed:

2 lbs stew beef with bone if possible 1- 10 oz pkg frozen limas
2 qt water 1- 10 oz pkg frozen corn
1 tbl salt 3 carrots sliced
3 1/2 cups tomatoes 3 diced potatoes
2 onions chopped salt and pepper
1-10 oz pkg frozen green beans

In large stock pot place meat, water and salt. Bring to boil and skim. Add
onions, carrots and tomatoes. Cook uncovered for 30 min. Add rest of
ingredients. Simmer covered for 3 1/2 hours. Season well. Serves 16.

Chicken and Salsa

Ingredients needed:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbs. Dijon mustard
1.5 cups salsa
3 cups hot cooked rice
3 tbs. brown sugar

Mix together salsa, sugar and mustard. Pour over chicken. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is done! Serve over cooked rice. by Jane Almond.

Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients needed:

2- 10 oz packages of frozen, chopped broccoli
2- 10 ounce cans of cream of Thanksgiving and Christmas are wonderful times of the year for Fresh Cranberry Orange Relishmushroom soup- undiluted
1 1/3 cups whole milk
1 1/3 cups half and half
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Boil broccoli according to package, drain well.
Add remaining ingredients, cook over low heat until thoroughly heated.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of each serving. Salt and pepper to taste.
